Urban Decay Naked Skin

By  |

Are you into highlighting and contouring?  I just started a few months ago.  I was so intimidated by it and afraid I would end up looking like a hot mess.  It really is a tricky thing to master so that you don’t look like you have stripes all over your face.  Blending, blending and more blending.

I’ve watched more videos than I can count on how to do highlight and contour and I noticed Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer in a good number of them.  Being a huge Urban Decay fan in general, I had to give it a try.

The shade I went with is called Fair Neutral.  It’s reeeeeeealllly pale.  Like, think of a ghost or someone who never leaves the house pale.  I couldn’t recommend this color to many people as a straight up concealer, but a couple dabs for a highlight is gorgeous.

The formula of this concealer is really beautiful and easy to blend with a damp beauty blender.  It has a very soft and pretty finish that doesn’t look cakey at all.

I also like that it’s a wand style concealer.  When you want to draw some lines on your face, a wand is the way to go.  It makes application just a smidge faster for those of us who want to keep it moovin’ in the morning.

Do you have a ‘go to’ concealer for your highlight and contour routine? I’d love to know!Mandy-Chameleon-Stampede12

I don’t use this for highlighting but I do like it a lot for concealing.

I am a huge fan of such creamy concealers that come with a wand applicator; they reduce so much workload. Will definitely check this out.

I have bought this twice and taken it back heh. I loved how it highlighted but I have so many products for that. I am always on the hunt for under eye concealers. I do have a few close friends who LOVE it!

I have been wanting to try this concealer for SO long!! I struggle with finding my shade though, everything seems way too light or too dark.

Yeah, finding shades is always the hard part. I ordered this one online, but if I were to have picked it up at the store I would’ve gone with a darker shade.
