CoverGirl Outlast Lipstick

By  |

There are so many awesome lippies out there.  I have tons of them and love each of them for different reasons. Some have great color, some just wear really comfortably, some have great staying power… you get the idea.  But, what if there was a lippie that did all of these things and was a drugstore price?  Would that be a holy grail lippie?

I don’t throw around ‘holy grail’ lightly.  You gotta work to earn that title.  It’s very rare and super special.  But, when I received this CoverGirl Outlast Longwear Lipstick from Influenster, I think I found a holy grail lippie! Seriously!

I’ll start with the obvious- the color.  This one is called Pink Pow.  It’s a gorgeous shimmery peachy-pink.  Very wearable for most skin tones in my opinion.

Here’s where the magic starts.  This lipstick feels buttery and smooth on the lip.  It’s incredibly comfortable to wear. Not at all sticky or heavy or goopy or dry or any of the other things that make a lipstick hard to wear.  It’s light and soft and perfect.

Adding to that magic is the staying power.  I’m one of those girls who reapplies often because makeup seems to disappear on me.  This stuff has some serious staying power and doesn’t require nearly the number of touchups to keep it looking lovely.

All in all, I’m thrilled with this lippie.  I WILL be buying many more shades to throw in my purse.  At the drugstore price, how could I not?!?!?!

Have you tried CoverGirl Outlast Lipstick and do you love it as much as me?  I’d love to know!

I love the shade. I can’t believe that a lipstick that feels buttery and smooth is long lasting. It sounds perfect! I’ve gotta try it

Ohh, this sounds fantastic! Covergirl has some great finds, their Liquiline Blast in Brown Blaze is a total dupe for Urban Decay’s 24/7 Liner in Whiskey!

Sadly, this formula and my lips don’t like one another. Their one brief get together wasn’t a pretty experience. Stupid lips, anyway.

I have not been a fan of the covergirl outlast lipsticks but if they changed the formulation I may like them. This shade is gorgeous.

it’s the only one I’ve tried, so I can’t tell you if the formula is different. But, it’s been great for me.
